Both of us, Hermann and Theresa, are enthusiastic and convinced about different fasting methods. We have therefore decided to pack this beneficial and holistic experience into one week for our guests at the “Grünwald”.

Our various types of tea are largely collected in our own herb garden and are offered to fasting guests 24/7. Every day, the tea offered focuses on a specific organ for detoxification.

With us you stay in a cozy double room for single use or in a deluxe double room. Equipped with shower/WC/TV/Tel balcony, internet. Wellness area with steam bath, organic pine sauna, helarium and relaxation alm open daily.

We are very pleased to be able to offer our guests two beautiful forms of fasting: alkaline fasting (according to Waker) and juice fasting (according to Buchínger). According to the motto "Giving up doesn't take - giving up gives..."
